I created the bag design, designed the front panel fabric, screen printed the fabric panel and then sewed it all together in Portland, Oregon.
Because this item is handmade, the print/pattern may vary.
Care instructions: Spot clean only. Waxed canvas may feel slightly tacky at first, but the wax will wear into the fabric, which creates a rugged appearance; perfect for the rainy Pacific Northwest.

My sister and I have always enjoyed purses/handbags. As a mom of two young kids, it had been a while since she enjoyed that thrill of a new bag. Enter Heidi's designs - I recently discovered her awesome shop and knew my sister would really appreciate her personally designed textiles and canvas crossbody. Sure enough, when I gifted this to her, she said she'd been thinking about a smaller bag for those times when she didn't have the kids with her and her large backpack-style bag was too much. She loves it! And as soon as I opened it and saw it, I came right back here to order one for myself. :-)

This purse is the perfect size and SO cute!! It’s big enough to hold the important stuff but still small enough to keep it lightweight and well organized! I’m in love with the fabric pattern, and the bag is very well constructed — it’s sturdy and beautiful at the same time.
